Application
- Can be used for open metal surface corrosion prevention treatment to prevent metal rusting in a short time
- Can be used for passivation treatment of reinforced concrete surface before pouring to prevent corrosion of reinforcing steel by chloride ions contained in concrete mortar.
- It can also be used in the pre-treatment of paint, which can improve the adhesion of metal surface to paint and prevent the peeling of paint.
How to use:
Spray with an air-blown gun or use a soft brush dipped in a-component treatment solution (rust removal, grease removal) and apply evenly on the metal surface to be treated and leave for 15 to 30 minutes. Rinse off with water or wipe off the surface with a cloth after repeated application with a hard brush. After that, spray the b-component treatment solution (passivation) again to cover the entire surface of the metal to be treated and then dry in a ventilated environment.
The recommended quantity is one packet (25g, 18g) per square meter of the metal surface treated area, diluted to 500ml of the water solution and 300ml of water solution respectively.
It is recommended to double the concentration of b-component for concrete reinforcement pretreatment. To prevent the omission of surface treatment, it is recommended to immerse the reinforcement into the b-treatment solution for 5 minutes before taking it out to dry.
The time window for the passivation effect of this treatment on the metal surface is a small period of time before the treatment is about to dry on the metal surface, not the time when the metal surface was wetter before. Therefore, please do not wipe it off when it is almost dry. Make sure to keep it until the metal surface is completely dry before wiping.
